Area Sales Manager

Our client is a well-established business with an expanding commercial presence across Saudi Arabia. To support continued growth, the organization is seeking an Area Sales Manager who can lead regional sales activities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive consistent commercial performance across assigned territories.

The Role

The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within an assigned geographic region, ensuring revenue targets are achieved while developing customer relationships and supporting distributor performance where applicable. The role requires an experienced sales professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to execute commercial strategies in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Coach and support Sales Executives within the territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Prepare sales forecasts and territory reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend commercial responses.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to support customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6+ years of sales experience, including regional sales responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of B2B and distribution sales environments.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and sales teams.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
