Responsibilities

  • Lead sales performance and effectively manage multiple locations to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and overall sales performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to maximize performance
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities
  • Ensure alignment between sales activities and daily operations
  • Oversee customer experience standards and support customer retention and upselling initiatives
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational readiness and sales performance
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to improve overall performance
  • Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in Sales, preferably managing multiple locations
  • Experience in the coworking industry or a related sector is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
