Responsibilities
- Lead sales performance and effectively manage multiple locations to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and overall sales performance
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and daily operations
- Oversee customer experience standards and support customer retention and upselling initiatives
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational readiness and sales performance
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to improve overall performance
- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales, preferably managing multiple locations
- Experience in the coworking industry or a related sector is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
