An aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to growth.
About the Role:
To direct, control, and effectively manage a van sales operation within the assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume and margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.
Activities:
Directing Sales Supervisors by defining and communicating sales targets for each.
Providing feedback and gaining commitment to improve area performance through coaching sessions and sales endorsements.
Ensuring cost-effective operation of sales areas by reviewing route and area performance, including call rates and stock rotation.
Increasing sales turnover by identifying and exploiting new business potential.
Maintaining good customer relations by promptly resolving or assisting in resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2+ years experience in FMCG sales management, with van sales experience preferred.
Competencies include team management, leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, assertiveness, time management, initiative, target-driven work, data analysis, and coaching skills.
