With a strong reputation for quality products and exceptional customer service, we are now expanding our presence online and looking to hire an experienced and creative E-Commerce and Social Media Specialist to take our business to the next level.
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and our website. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of our products, creating engaging content, promoting our products, and handling online purchases to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and video editing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Photography & Videography:
Capture high-quality, visually appealing product images and videos for Instagram, TikTok, and our website.
Edit and enhance photos and videos to align with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals.
Ensure products are displayed accurately with clear visuals that highlight their features and quality.
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels for Instagram and TikTok to promote products and boost brand visibility.
Develop creative strategies to increase followers, engagement, and sales on both platforms.
Monitor social media trends and adjust content to stay relevant and attractive to the target audience.
E-Commerce Management:
Oversee and manage online purchases, ensuring smooth transactions and timely deliveries.
Process orders, track inventory, and manage customer inquiries regarding online purchases.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.
Content Creation & Promotion:
Write compelling product descriptions and promotional content for social media and the website.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns and advertisements.
Analyze social media and website performance using analytics tools, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Customer Relationship Management:
Respond promptly to customer queries on social media platforms and website.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive online shopping experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in product photography, videography, and editing (Experience in automotive parts is a plus).
Expertise in social media marketing, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with online marketplaces and managing customer relations is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in photography, social media management, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with online purchasing systems, payment gateways, and logistics.
A creative mindset and ability to create content that resonates with the target audience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A portfolio of past work in photography and video editing is required.
