We are currently recruiting for a prestigious High Luxury Brand seeking an AREA DIRECTOR to join their team and oversee their stores within the Dubai MALL.
AREA DIRECTOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / DUBAI MALL
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Store and Concessions Managers within the Dubai Mall to achieve retail goals and targets and ensuring customer service excellence.
Lead, coach, and motivate managers and the sales team (approx. 45 people) to achieve KPIs and deliver superior service.
Train and mentor the managers, ensuring development and growth of the team.
Monitor and analyze sales data, producing reports and offering performance improvement suggestions.
Ensure that stores are always staffed appropriately, maintaining a strong customer service presence.
Foster a positive work environment, resolving any issues swiftly and maintaining team morale.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize store operations and customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 6 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury retail
Proven experience with retail/store management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and influence teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Passion for luxury products and exceptional customer service.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
