Area coordinator Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Delight Investment Group

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their moving needs and providing updates throughout the process.
Organize and schedule moving operations, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources and services.
Prepare and manage all required documentation, including contracts, inventory lists, and customs paperwork for international moves.
Monitor the quality of services provided, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the moving process.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 1 year in moving coordination or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
