Role Description The Architecture Sit Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and in alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, project managers, and construction teams, reviewing drawings and site plans, monitoring progress, and addressing technical issues that arise on-site. The Architecture Sit Engineer will participate in site inspections, contribute to quality control, and support integration of ICT and audiovisual solutions within building designs. The role also requires preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Architecture, with the ability to interpret and implement architectural drawings and design standards.
- 10 years of Experience.
- Proven Project Management skills to plan, track, and report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated Teamwork and collaboration skills for effective communication with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices in Egypt.
- Proficiency in architectural and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and MS Office.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Previous experience in projects involving ICT, security, or audiovisual solutions is an advantage.
