Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring that staffing needs are met with qualified candidates.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and implement performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and career development.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws, particularly those related to construction industry standards.
Conduct employee training programs, including safety, compliance, and development initiatives.
Administer compensation and benefits programs for employees.
Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Support management in strategic planning and workforce development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations specific to the construction sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training in a construction environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
