Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of conceptual and schematic designs.
Work closely with senior architects and designers on projects from initial sketches to detailed drawings.
Produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Conduct research on materials, regulations, and sustainability strategies.
Collaborate with project teams to develop design presentations and documentation.
Attend design meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong technical drafting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A creative mindset with a passion for design and innovation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Architect: 10 years’ experience in management of design office
Architectural Technician/Draftsman: 10-15 years’ experience
– Architectural students wanting to develop their office experience in the early creative process of design.
