About the Role:
As an Architectural Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing architectural elements of major capital projects. You’ll ensure all designs align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals, while seamlessly coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to bring large-scale projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and refine architectural designs, ensuring alignment with building codes and sustainability standards.
Review and approve architectural drawings and design packages.
Ensure smooth integration of architecture with other engineering disciplines.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
Drive design quality and compliance throughout all phases of development and construction.
Represent architectural interests in stakeholder meetings and permitting processes.
Stay current with trends and technologies to continuously elevate design excellence.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
Professional architectural certification is a strong advantage
7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
Experience with large-scale infrastructure or airport projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
