Architectural Inspector: A Key Role in Ensuring Project Excellence
RMMJ is seeking a seasoned Architectural Inspector to join our Dubai Site Supervision Team, supporting the continued growth and success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction administration and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction supervision responsibilities related to architectural discipline, driving project milestones and delivery excellence.
Conduct thorough site inspections before construction activities commence, verifying site compatibility with designed permanent works and identifying potential obstructions.
Document existing property conditions that may be impacted by construction work, utilizing photographs and detailed records.
Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, reporting any discrepancies or non-compliances.
Ensure materials are properly stored on-site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Inspect temporary and permanent works to guarantee compliance with Contract Documents, approved shop drawings, and submittals.
Prepare daily logs and reports, maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and work executed.
Monitor site safety practices and progress, reporting any concerns or areas for improvement.
Assist in the inspection of completed works, helping to prepare punch lists and ensure smooth handovers.
Support the review of shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural and .Perform additional duties as assigned by direct management.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of seven years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position, including three years of UAE Construction Administration experience in consultancy firms and Middle East buildings project experience.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines, such as Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Proven experience in reviewing drawings related to  and conducting site inspections.
Excellent oral and written
communication skills

Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices.
Proficiency in computer applications and software.
