Job Objective
To conceptualize and design diverse real estate projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use) that align with the company’s vision of quality, economic feasibility, and distinct architectural identity. You will ensure all designs meet international standards and strictly adhere to the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural designs for development projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, mechanical, and electrical) to ensure design integration.
- Conduct site analysis and develop appropriate design solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and technical reports to management.
- Review and obtain approvals for drawings from relevant authorities.
- Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with approved designs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company requirements.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.
Technical Skills
- Experience in designing towers and residential/commercial complexes.
- Strong proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to prepare analytical and technical reports to support development decisions.
- Solid understanding of local codes and regulations and their application in design solutions.
- Ability to produce high-quality presentations and 3D models to support marketing and investment activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

- Proficiency in Arabic and English for internal and external communication.
