SADUL Engineering Consultants is looking for an architectural engineer to work full-time in Taif.
Qualifications and Requirements
- The applicant must be Saudi or Arab nationality.
- For Saudi applicants: At least one year of experience in architectural office work and architectural design.
- For non-Saudi applicants: At least five years of experience in architectural office work and architectural design.
- Proficiency in Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Must be accredited and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers, with a valid professional license.
- For non-Saudi applicants: A valid and transferable residence permit is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare architectural plans and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Design residential villas, buildings, and commercial complexes according to Saudi building codes and municipal regulations.
- Handle municipal services and procedures for issuing licenses and occupancy certificates via the Baladi platform.
- Conduct field visits and prepare supervisory reports as needed.
- Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure project execution according to the approved timeline.
