We are seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will assist the design team in delivering architectural and interior design solutions while ensuring project milestones are achieved within scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural design concepts, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop architectural and interior design proposals in accordance with project requirements.
- Produce detailed architectural drafting using industry-standard software.
- Create 3D models, visualizations, and high-quality renderings for design presentations.
- Utilize AI-assisted rendering tools to enhance design visualization and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project development and timely delivery.
- Revise drawings and models based on technical reviews and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with applicable design standards, codes, and company procedures.
- Support the Architectural Department in meeting project deadlines and upcoming invoicing milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and drafting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in:
- Architectural Design
- Interior Design
- Architectural Drafting
- Proficiency in:
- 3D Modeling/ Sketchup / Rhinoo
- Architectural Rendering
- AI-assisted Rendering
- Good working knowledge of architectural software, including:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp + Rhinoo
- Other equivalent visualization software (advantageous)
