Job Description:
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to produce precise and detailed drawings that meet project specifications and client expectations. Utilize advanced CAD software to create and modify architectural plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring compliance with local building codes. Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess conditions, utilizing this information to inform design adjustments and improve accuracy. Prepare 3D models and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients, facilitating clearer decision-making processes.
Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that all modifications are documented and reflected in updated drawings. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports, to streamline the design process. Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and MEP engineers to ensure design integrity and resolve conflicts in drawings. Maintain an organized filing system for all project documentation, drawings, and revisions to ensure easy access and traceability.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architecture and interior design, applying this knowledge to enhance design quality. Support
project management

Desired Candidate Profile
: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, particularly in high-end residential or commercial interior projects. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up, alongside strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations specific to Dubai and the UAE to ensure compliance in all designs.
Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills considered a strong advantage in client interactions. A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects, highlighting creativity and
