Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings using design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with architects and other designers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct necessary research on materials and new architectural technologies that can be utilized in projects to enhance design efficiency.
- Prepare and evaluate technical proposals for clients, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate architectural concepts effectively.
- Review and update drawings according to client feedback or changes in project requirements, reflecting adaptability and the ability to adjust.
- Participate in meetings with project teams to ensure all members understand design requirements and deadlines.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to required standards.
- Develop three-dimensional models for projects using software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max to help clients visualize designs better.
