Job Summary:
We are looking for an Architectural Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed design drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that projects meet client requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards. The role involves managing the design process from concept development through to final handover construction documentation and supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design solutions for various projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Review project requirements, client needs, and site conditions to develop effective design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations.
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, design reports, and technical documentation.
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Support project managers in achieving project objectives related to quality, budget, and schedule.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 – 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Professional engineering certification is an advantage.
- English language skills is a must.
