Architectural & Civil Supervisor – Full-Time
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Architectural & Civil Supervisor to oversee construction, architectural, and civil works at project sites in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily architectural and civil construction activities.
- Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Inspect concrete, blockwork, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Review architectural and civil drawings and identify site issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report defects or non-compliance.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural/Civil Supervisor or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and architectural finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Strong site supervision and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Valid Saudi Iqama is preferred.
- Candidates available in Riyadh are preferred.
