Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate development projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior design, and other disciplines.
- Review consultant and contractor drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and design standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 0-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development or construction.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural design software.
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
