Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect with 5+ years of experience in Architecture , who is creative and professional in using Revit. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and adherence to local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public infrastructure.
Meet clients and carry out presentations.
Write concept narratives and diagrams.
Engage with clients to gather project requirements and expectations, providing insights and recommendations throughout the project.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs accurately. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Conduct occasional site inspections to monitor compliance during construction.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project proposals, design specifications, contracts, and modifications.
Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and materials, and apply this knowledge to enhance design processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other presentation software.
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of project execution.
Team player.
Multi-tasker.
Fluent in English
A portfolio showcasing a variety of projects reflecting design capabilities.
Working Conditions:
Office-based with occasional site visits.
May require flexible working hours and travel for project needs.
