Architect – Mid-Level to Senior Jobs in Dubai at MOMA International Design
MOMA International Design is looking for a creative and passionate Architect to join our team.
We are seeking a talented architect with strong conceptual design skills and the ability to develop innovative design ideas into coordinated and technically sound architectural solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of contributing throughout the design process, from concept development to design development and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Prepare concept presentations, architectural drawings, mood boards, diagrams, and presentation materials.
- Develop concepts through schematic and design development stages.
- Coordinate with interior designers, landscape architects, structural and MEP consultants to ensure well-integrated design solutions.
- Participate in client presentations, design workshops, and project coordination meetings.
- Produce high-quality architectural documentation and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project development.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, authority requirements, project standards, and company quality procedures.
- Support technical coordination and contribute to the preparation of construction documentation where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 5–10+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design excellence, and project experience.
- Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization software such as Enscape, Lumion, or similar.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment.
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED24,000.00 per month
