Position: Architect – Interior Fitout / Design background
We require an enthusiastic candidate with a minimum Bachelor in Architecture who has a high proficiency in interior design, space planning, and BOQ. Interior design/fit-out background is mandatory with strong experience in AutoCAD, Design, and Excel. Looking for someone ready to work under pressure to achieve target dates for submission of drawings to government authorities/clients. Should have excellent speed in drawings, designs, and who is willing to learn.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts and ideas, and space planning. Strong knowledge on interior concept designs, presentations for commercial design, and good
communication skills
. Creation of complete construction paperwork (BOQ, drawings, and all necessary documents). Candidate must ensure all required documents are submitted to clients and government agencies in time for approvals. Preparing sketches and visiting the construction site to resolve problems and provide technical support to the project teams and clients.
Conduct site visits to gather information for preparation of drawing/BOQ/specifications, etc.
Qualifications:
A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (min. 2 years UAE experience mandatory). Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, Design, and Microsoft Office. All candidates must provide an updated CV and current & expected salary details. Candidates not matching the educational requirements will not be considered. Salary:  AED 4,500.00 – AED 8,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience and
proven track record
