About the Role
We’re hiring an Architect / Interior Designer to join our Company and work on large-scale commercial, residential, and hotel projects. You’ll take designs from concept through construction documentation, working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and clients — shaping everything from spatial layout to ambiance and finishes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes for commercial, residential, and hotel projects
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Contribute to architectural lighting design as part of the overall ambiance, material, and finish strategy
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and electrical teams to keep design intent intact through execution
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve design issues on the ground
- Prepare and present design proposals internally and to clients
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience, including exposure to large-scale commercial and residential or hotel projects
- A portfolio showing real project involvement — concept to completion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- An eye for atmosphere, materiality, spatial experience, and architectural lighting design
- GCC/Qatar experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with multi-disciplinary teams
