Architect / Interior Designer Jobs in Dubai at Fincore Fit-out Services
Meet clients to understand their design requirements, space planning needs, budget, and preferred style.
Prepare concept designs, mood boards, material selections, colour schemes, furniture layouts, and client presentations.
Develop 2D drawings including layout plans, furniture plans, ceiling plans, flooring plans, elevations, sections, and detailed shop drawings.
Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthrough presentations for residential, villa, apartment, office, retail, restaurant, and commercial fit-out projects.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, MEP team, joinery workshop, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure designs are properly executed.
Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, monitor work progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure finishes are according to approved drawings.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, finish schedules, and preliminary cost estimates where required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, joinery, or construction projects.
Review supplier quotations, samples, and mock-ups before submission to clients.
Ensure all drawings and designs comply with project requirements, authority regulations, building management requirements, and company standards.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
