Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accounting and Financial Oversight:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
✅ Tax Compliance and Reporting:
Oversee VAT and corporate tax filing and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and resolve tax-related issues.
Advise clients on tax-saving opportunities and regulatory changes.
✅ Audit and Internal Controls:
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Prepare and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and training as needed.
Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities.
✅ Client Management and Advisory:
Act as a financial advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:✔CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is highly preferred.
✔Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations, and IFRS standards.
✔ Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho) and ERP systems.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong leadership and communication abilities.
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
