JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee and manage all reservations for tours, including dhow cruises and desert safaris.
Supervise, train, and mentor reservation officers to ensure high service standards.
Ensure accurate booking management, including modifications and cancellations.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other departments for smooth execution.
Manage reservation software and train staff on system use and updates.
Monitor reservation trends and optimize revenue performance.
Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with partners like Emirates.com and OTAs.
Ensure accurate integration of external bookings into internal systems.
Hold accountability for booking errors and ensure daily tasks are completed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in a reservations role, with 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reservation systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of OTAs and DMC processes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (additional languages a plus).
Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to handle pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work 6 days a week with 1 day off.
Flexibility required for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
SALARY:
AED 5000 to AED 5500.
