Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Al Khobar. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the successful integration of designs with client requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing architectural projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and contributing to innovative and sustainable design solutions. The role requires coordination among teams across disciplines to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong understanding of core architectural principles.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and collaboration across teams.
- Knowledge in Systems Integration and a foundational understanding of Software Development for project workflows.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
