Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect to support the design, coordination, and approval of Fire Life Safety systems in compliance with Qatar regulations and QCDD requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Fire Life Safety architectural drawings and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with QCDD codes, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and international standards.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Support QCDD submission, review, and approval processes.
- Conduct design reviews and identify non-compliance issues.
- Prepare technical reports and shop drawing comments.
- Attend project coordination meetings and site inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in Qatar/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of QCDD Fire & Life Safety requirements.
- Experience with QCDD submissions and approval procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Pay: QAR10,000.00 – QAR12,000.00 per month
