Architect (UAE Experience Required)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architect with UAE experience to handle design, planning, and project coordination from concept to completion. The role includes both office work and regular site visits. Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience are encouraged to apply. ( MALE )
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and concepts
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, )
- Manage authority submissions and approvals
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Resolve technical/design issues and liaise with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 3–4 years UAE experience
- Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approvals
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to handle outdoor/site work;
- Candidate must present a neat, professional appearance and maintain a high standard of personal grooming.
Working Conditions:
- Mix of office work and frequent site visits within UAE
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per hour
