Job Title: Architect – Interior & Fit-Out Company
Job Description:
Our growing Interior & Fit-Out Company is looking for a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality execution and timely completion.
Architect Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, space planning, and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects.
- Create conceptual, schematic, and detailed design plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project requirements.
- Select materials, finishes, and design elements for aesthetic and functional excellence.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior fit-out, architecture, and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
