What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an architect in the UAE.
An advanced degree or qualification in architecture is preferred.
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to exceed expectations in dynamic and competitive environments.
Outstanding graphic presentation and delivery skills.
Proficiency in 3D modelling, documentation tools, CAD, and AutoCAD software.
Resilience and the ability to work in an environment demanding commitment to excellence and hard work.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, capable of inspiring the FIVE tribe to new heights.
Exceptional skills in improving customer and stakeholder satisfaction and driving profitability, demonstrating industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with lead consultants and interior designers to craft bespoke architectural and engineering plans for FIVE.
Review, refine, and elevate plans to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards.
Lead in design development, construction documentation, and administration phases.
Address complex technical and design challenges collaboratively, producing innovative solutions that set new industry standards.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, lead consultants, and interior designers to ensure projects meet ‘FIVE-star’ standards.
Manage construction meetings, fostering a productive atmosphere and ensuring seamless coordination.
Ensure construction and interior design works align with policies, delivering meticulously detailed buildings that match renders and CGIs.
Assist the commercial team in preparing procurement packages for architectural finishes, liaising with suppliers, and preparing comparative statements.
Implement the ‘Render to Reality’ approach, ensuring spectacular final outcomes.
Contribute to the ‘FIVE journey’ and support the execution of award-winning initiatives.
Coordinate with other FIVE tribe members on disruptive, next-level projects.
