Arabic Teacher Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at Sacoor Brothers
The purpose of this role is to help our employees learn and understand the Arabic language (including spoken Arabic, Arabic grammar and Arabic writing).
Responsibilities
- Develop, Implement and Delivery of Arabic language learning programs for the company
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
- Select and obtain materials and supplies such as textbooks.
- Developing Arabic including English lesson plans
- Planning of classes and the marking of work handed in.
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Evaluating employees on their course work and assignments
- Maintain staff attendance records, grades, and other required records.
- Monitor, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction.
- Preparation of Weekly / Monthly program progress reports to the HR director
- Plan and ensure compliance with the training schedule throughout the year;
- Evaluate and write individual reports at the end of each training
- Ensure cost control and budget compliance
- Provide general admin assistance and support to the department
- Understand, comply with and promote all organizational policies and procedures

Job Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature;
- Knowledge of Arabic Translation to English and Vice versa
- Strong discipline and commitment to an organized working method;

- Maintain personal grooming, neat and professional at all times
