Tasks Providepersonalized travel consultations to clients in Arabic and Englishunderstanding their needs and offering suitable travelpackages.
Promote and sell outbound travelarrangements including flights hotels tours and insurance meetingor exceeding
sales targets
.
Maintain uptodateknowledge of travel destinations tour packages and industry trendsto effectively advise clients.
Handle customerinquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookingsensuring a high level of customersatisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teamsand external partners to deliver seamless travel services andenhance clientexperiences.
Requirements Fluencyin both Arabic and English with excellent
communication skills
inboth languages.
Proven experience in travelsales or a related field preferably within the UAEmarket.
Strong knowledge of outbound traveldestinations and packages offered by Pegas Touristik
LLC.Exceptional customer service skills withthe ability to build and maintain clientrelationships.
Proficiency in using travelbooking systems and CRM software to manage customer interactionsand sales processes.  Key Skills   Active Directory Administration,ADMA,Buying,ABAP,Elevator Maintenance,ITSecurity
