Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arabic-speaking Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting luxury real estate properties, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and collaborating with the team to develop and execute sales strategies. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Sales-related skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Customer service and client management expertise to deliver personalized, exceptional service.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, familiarity with property sales processes, and brief experience in luxury real estate services preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
