We are a dynamic and growing real estate agency in Dubai, looking for a talented, driven, and fluent Arabic Speaking Real Estate Broker to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build a strong portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Guide international and local clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and off-plan projects.
- Participate in international roadshows and business travel to represent the company and close cross-border deals.
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Strictly minimum 2 years of active experience as a Real Estate Broker in the Dubai market.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and excellent communication skills in English.
- Travel: Must be fully open and available for international business travel.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
