Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to resolve customer concerns.
Process orders, modifications, and service requests efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
