Soho Luxury Group of Restaurants is looking for a Cost Control Manager
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
To ensure that all food and beverage control procedures are strictly adhered to. More specifically he/she must, monitor activities relating to food and beverage purchasing, receiving, storage and issue procedures, menu planning, analysis, menu engineering, production, portion control, pricing and inventories.
To administer sound food and beverage cost control systems and procedures so as to ensure that F & B profits are maximized, consistent with high standards of quality and service.
Check the cost of sales in all outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
To prepare reports to keep management informed about day-to-day food and beverage cost trends.
Responsible for surprise spot checks at all outlets.
Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.
Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head
To supply to the Food and Beverage Manager, information necessary for planning and control of the department.
Monitor the stock level.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min of 8 years of experience in F&B or Hospitality
