Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting sales goals
Create sales plan to achieve defined targets
Provide team training
Motivate sales team
Recruiting and hirin
Align sales with daily operations of the gym
Build customer relationships and understand customer needs
Customer service management
Set up daily/weekly/monthly goals
Feedback and action plan on sales team
Reports to be shared with club manager
Calculating and reporting sales team commissions
Stakeholders communication
