Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and timely service
Manage kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently
Maintain inventory, ordering, and liaising with suppliers
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Assist in menu planning and cost control
Troubleshoot operational issues and find solutions quickly
