Position Overview: As the Business Development Executive, you will be a driver of our national sales efforts. Collaborating closely with the Sales Director and marketing team, you will execute targeted campaigns and leverage your expertise to engage clients through emails, calls, networking and various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the UAE market.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns and promotional materials specifically for the UAE audience.
3. Utilize your experience in selling ERP solutions / IT Solutions to effectively communicate product value and benefits to potential clients.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities in the UAE.
5. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in B2B sales, with a focus on the UAE market.
2. Demonstrated success in selling ERP solutions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with the marketing team.
5. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
