Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints. Handling and resolving customer complaints. Providing complete information. Following up complicated customer calls where required as well as daily leads. Completing call notes and call reports on a daily basis. Good
multi-tasking
skills. Good oral and written communications in English. Flexible in work timings. Excellent in convincing customers over the phone.
Computer Literacy (MS Word / Excel / Outlook). Technical expertise in related computer applications. Â Can join immediately.
