Full-Time Job Summary We are urgently seeking an experienced Male Arabic Cook for a leading high‑luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The successful candidate will prepare authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining excellent standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen organization expected within a luxury hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place efficiently.
- Follow approved recipes and hotel food standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and

- Monitor ingredients and report stock
