Job Description
We are seeking an Arabic Cook Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the field and will be responsible for supervising and managing all kitchen operations, including tasks assigned by the Executive Chef. Clear communication with kitchen staff and providing guidance and support are essential.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, preparing, and serving food and drinks according to quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Developing menus and utilizing standardized recipes.
Managing the quality, presentation, and service of food to meet company standards.
Monitoring food handling, packaging, storage, and stock rotation procedures.
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Culinary Arts (preferred).
Experience in food safety and hygiene standards.
Salary: QAR 4000
Nationality:
Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria.
