Client Advisory & Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients on suitable life insurance products that meet their unique needs and financial goals.
Sales & Business Development: Drive new business by actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the UAE market. Deliver monthly budgeted targets.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to offer best-in-class solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Custom Proposal Development: Develop and present tailored life insurance proposals to clients, clearly articulating product benefits and coverage.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales and advisory activities are compliant with UAE’s insurance regulations and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and customer service, to deliver a seamless client experience
Experience:
UAE Experience More than 2 Years: Sales experience with Insurance, banks, real estate, credit cards preferred.
UAE Experience less than 2 years: Financial services sales experience of 5 years in home country.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
