Looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager for a high end arabic restaurant.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees.
In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
Manages daily restaurant operation.
Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
Qualification: ·
Proven work experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role ·
Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health and safety and security.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
