We are looking for a driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market share while driving customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, social media, SEO, etc.).
Identify new sales leads through research, networking, and client outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
Monitor sales data and market trends, providing insights for future strategies.
Manage the company’s online presence and create engaging content.
Provide top-tier customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in Cleaning Industry
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
A results-driven, proactive approach to sales and marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages will be an advantage
Valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation is a MUST
