About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced male ABA therapist. This role involves delivering personalized therapy sessions across in-school, in-home, and community settings, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach to skill-building and social inclusion.

Work Schedule:

8 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Location:

In-school, in-home, and in community settings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ABA or RBT therapist.
  • Must be proficient in English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement tailored treatment programs based on evidence-based ABA techniques to teach language, social, play, and self-help skills, pre- vocational and vocational skills while addressing maladaptive behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong commitment to fostering personal growth and inclusion for children of determination.

  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and skilled in applying ABA techniques in diverse settings.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
