Job Title: Application Support (L1 & L2) (BANK ONLY)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

Provide L1 & L2 remote banking server support.
Configure CloudWatch alarms, Auto-scaling, and Load Balancers.
Handle incident, problem, and change management.
Oversee L1 Linux Administration & 24/7 server operations.
Create technical documentation in Confluence.
Generate RCA & bug reports using JIRA.
Perform server commissioning/decommissioning.
Work on banking applications (POS/ATM, eCommerce).
Monitor applications using tools, scripts, queries.
Deploy through Jenkins Pipeline.
Conduct team meetings, recruit, train, and document knowledge.
Design & manage cloud platform strategies.
Support CI/CD pipelines & multi-cloud solutions.
Maintain Active Directory, Splunk, Spectrum monitoring.
Deliver high-level customer service remotely.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
3+ years in L1 & L2 support.
Expertise in AWS, Linux, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Splunk.
Strong troubleshooting & stakeholder management.
Experience with financial/banking applications.
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of CI/CD automation.
