Job Purpose:
The Corporate Applications Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting all corporate applications across the organization, ensuring business continuity, optimization, and alignment with business objectives. The role will oversee SAP platforms and related enterprise applications, manage enhancement projects, support business users, and ensure effective vendor and stakeholder management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the Corporate Applications team and daily operations.
- Oversee SAP ecosystem including SAP Ariba, SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling), SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Core ERP platform covering end-to-end business operations.
- Manage other enterprise applications within the organization such as CRM, EPM, internal applications, and related business systems.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and application support activities within agreed SLAs.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives related to business applications.
- Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and support contracts.
- Ensure integration between SAP and other enterprise platforms.
- Monitor application security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position.
