Application for Office Manager cum Admin Jobs in Dubai at VERVE INTERIOR DESIGN

Position Description:

Previous experience in Law firm as a court clerk/execution officer and knowledge of all UAE Federal laws and court procedures and reviewing legal materials.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of execution procedures within all UAE court systems (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Federal courts).
Manage all types of court cases before all degrees of courts, request documents, different applications and requests, and follow execution procedures.
Initiating and managing case proceeding in court systems from beginning to end.
Submitting requests to initiate or remove travel bans, arrest warrants, property seizures, blocks on bank accounts and trade license and more.
Carrying out full execution procedures within the court systems and monitoring progress to ensure all required applications and requests are completed.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related field within the UAE.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in (verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective knowledge of case management principles.
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Drivers License and personal car preferable.

Language skills:

Arabic (requirement)
English (requirement)

Attendance:

Must be present in the office during working hours.

Salary:

Dependent on experience.
